3rd National Scientific Conference on Circular Economy in Lodz, Poland - 25 November 2021 30.11.2021 18:25

On 25 November 2021, the 3rd National Scientific Conference "Circular economy" was held in Lodz, organized by the Research Network Lukasiewicz - Institute of Biopolymers and Chemical Fibres. The aim of the conference was to present knowledge and to exchange scientific experiences concerning the circular economy in the context of manufacturing, processing and functionality of materials, taking into account environmental, economic, legal aspects, as well as consumer trends. The conference was attended by PhD students of the Doctoral School, preparing disertations under the supervision of Professor Mirosława El Fray, Martyna Sokołowska, MSc and Nina Kantor-Malujdy, MSc.

Two scientific posters were presented:

Martyna Sokołowska, Mirosława El Fray, Green method for obtaining biodegradable polyesters.

Nina Kantor-Malujdy, Sandra Skowron, Mirosława El Fray, Biodegradable blends based on poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) with oxygen permeability similar to high density polyethylene (PE-HD).
